First Reconciliation and First Communion at Seven Dolors can be requested beginning in Grade 2. Please be aware of the following information:
- Child must already be baptized in the Catholic Church.
- If child has not been baptized or not baptized in the Catholic Church, you will need to contact the parish office.
- Child should have completed 1 year of prior religious education in the parish religious education program.
- A Sacrament Information Form (see below) will need to be completed for each child you are requesting Sacraments by October 1.
- If your child did not receive Baptism at Seven Dolors you will need to provide a copy of the certificate. If you do not have a certified copy (bearing the parish seal), you can contact the parish of baptism and have them send a baptism certificate with notations to:

Anointing of the Sick
If you or someone you know has an upcoming surgery or treatment for a serious illness please call the Parish Office to schedule an appointment for Anointing of the Sick before the date of the medical procedure.
Note: Federal law prevents hospitals and medical care facilities from disclosing the presence of patients to others unless they or their designated caregiver has signed the HIPPA release. Priests and Catholic lay ministers visiting the hospital won't have people's names on the Catholic admissions paper when they go for Anointing or Communion unless they request to be added to the “Catholic List” and sign the release. Hospitals are unable to tell us that you or your family member is being transferred to a rehab, care facility, hospice, etc. We ask that you please inform us of any changes, thank you.
