The Catholic Sprouts Podcast has one goal: to plant one little seed of faith each and every day.

The daily five minute episodes are perfect for young listeners. Each episode discusses an important aspect of our Catholic Faith in a way that appeals directly to children and ends with a daily challenge to help them apply what they learned.

New episodes are available each weekday.  They are perfect for use in the classroom or the home, and for children of all ages.

Along with sharing all of the feast days from the Roman Calendar, each week we will tackle a new theme, usually drawn from the liturgical season.  The theme will be developed a little bit more each day and by the end of the week you should have plenty to think about and discuss with the children in your life.

Ever tried to share your faith with someone but couldn’t find the words? Every Knee Shall Bow is the podcast for you.

Lay Catholic evangelists Michael Gormley and Dave VanVickle have gone through those awkward evangelizing encounters so that you don’t have to.

Q: What do you get when you cross a Jehovah’s Witness with a Catholic?
A: Someone who knocks on your door and says nothing.

-Hector Molina at Catholic Answers

Catholics are legendary for being pretty tight-lipped when it comes to evangelization. But the Catholic faith is awesome, and so are lay evangelists Mike and Dave. As podcast hosts of Every Knee Shall Bow, they are a match made in heaven (literally).

Their new podcast series will give you the tools to confidently share your Catholic faith with your family members, friends, co-workers, and the strangers forced to sit next to you on airplanes.

Every episode, Mike and Dave will give you five steps you can take each week to spread the Gospel, heal hearts, and renew the Church.

Christopher West will present at St. Thomas More in Manhattan on May 13, 2020. To purchase tickets for this event, go to http://corproject.com/manhattan/

In January of 2010, Pope Benedict XVI asked young people to use technology for the New Evangelization. This request, colliding with an introduction to the podcast concept on the road trip to Banff, led to the creation of Catholic Stuff You Should Know. The style and format were entirely highjacked from the professional, well-researched and rather humorless podcast Stuff You Should Know. Our style has been coined "consciously unprofessional." The hosts are not radio talents, but regular guys who happen to be Catholic priests. In its essence, the podcast is the fruit of priestly friendships in the Companions of Christ.

"Anything worth doing is worth doing badly," Chesterton used to say. After seven years, we still hold this as our motto, remaining thoroughly unimpressed with each episode. Yet by the grace of God, we continue to produce a weekly podcast of what we call, "lighthearted explorations into various prominent and obscure Catholic topics." By lighthearted, we mean pour a Maker’s Mark and banter on life’s eccentricities. By exploration, we mean the shared pursuit of the ever-elusive truths of the Catholica.

Behind the scenes, a few of our friends make the Catholic Stuff You Should Know podcast possible. We have a great team of volunteers who help with production, editing, technology, accounting, and legal advice; and we are now an established non-profit.

Thank you again for your support and prayers. And enjoy the banter!

Fr. John, Fr. Mike, Fr. Michael, and Fr. Nathan
